Comes complete with box, cartridge, manual, sleeve, Konami insert, block and bag. Without a doubt the highlight of this set is the box. I would put it solidly at very good borderline excellent. It's biggest flaw is a crease on the top flap, but honestly, this is definitely one of the better Contra boxes you'll run across. The cartridge is in good, working condition. It's biggest flaw is some bubbling of the label and some minor shell discoloration. It has been cleaned inside and out including the pins being polished. It's guaranteed to work perfectly. The manual is very good. The insert has a couple of very small tears. To me this is a great item just for the box. I am the original owner of this and I can tell you that I played the hell out of this when I was 10. The box however, remained safely stored away!
