This Belt Buckle is from Hot Topic but it's Vintage cuz it was purchased back in like the year 2009 maybe …it's the Character Gir from the Cartoon Invader Zim!!! It's in like perfect condition..i don't see a flaw at all..on the back it's dated 2009 Viacom International Inc…it's really cool..Gir is green colored with glitter, his large white eyes, antennas and his red tongue sticking out!!! There is no rust anywhere on it..like I said..i don't shops see any flaws!! I could only find one other of this exact one & it was already sold so I think this is the only one of its kind & year for sale online, so that makes it pretty rare also!!!
