Ive only used it once and then it was scratched a bit in a move. Im making closet space so here it is. Note the photos for the cosmetic damage. The bag converts from a purse to a backpack. Both straps are intact, one is still in its wrapping unused. The heart shaped clasp is magnetic and can be removed or changed. The top flap of the bag can also be switched out. The New York City limited edition purse flap is included. The original drawstring pouch they were sold with shops is shown and included.
