Such a bold statement peice. I got so many compliments wearing this to a wedding. I bought this handmade Afghan necklace as a vintage item. It has a middle eastern tribal vibe. There are authentic silver coins, bronze and other metal details. It's a heavy piece. Red/white beading, red thread through the neckline, kinetic metals that attach and bend allowing it to form fit shops around the neck. The details are intricate. Black cloth backing. Some sort of faux stained glass details give it a pop of color. Ties with a black twist string for full adjustability. It was fun to find my birth year in a coin, perhaps yours is in there too! Took photos of as many of the details that I can. It's in great vintage condition and imperfections are expected and even give it character.
