Konica Hexanon shops AR 200mm f/3.5 Telephoto Lens w/Built-in Hood, Filter, Caps, Case. There is some thing inside the lens, it's either some sort of fungus or a cleaning mark from a previous cleaning. I got the best photo I could of it, see the last photo in the lower right... It doesn't look like any fungus I've ever seen, my guess is it was left behind by whoever cleaned it last... Other than that the lens is in great shape, focus and aperture rings move very smoothly. Includes both lens caps and leather case.
