This is a running/athletic skirt (however, you can wear it anytime…think: “athleisure”:-)) with built in compression shorts (with pockets!). I bought this from Sparkle Skirts, which is now Bolder Athletic Wear. The description below is from their website. This particular skirt is a multi-color shops and has a mandala-type pattern. I've included the matching adjustable headband. This is great for a costume run. I LOVE this skirt and the brand; I need room to buy more so I'm de-stashing.
