This is a spectacular 1955 Beswick Beatrix Potter Beswick Beatrix Potter "Pigling Bland" (Burgundy Jacket) figurine. Pigling is pink with some brown and is wearing a burgundy blazer. He is also wearing a blue vest, beige pants, a blue tie and is standing on a patch of grass. Pigling is carrying a transparent bag with orange strips. shops This is an incredible bone China figurine. It's based on the writing and artwork of Beatrix Potter. Is a children's book written and illustrated by Beatrix Potter as part of the Peter Rabbit series. The feature of the piece is very realistic and detailed. The colors are vibrant. It measures around 4.25". The underside is marked with the Beswick printed back stamp of the period and lot BP2A. No original box or paperwork.
