The hem drawcord on the right side of the inside of the jacket is exposed but does not affect the function of the jacket and is not noticeable when the jacket is worn-see last photo. It looks like it could easily be repaired with some fabric glue. Approx measurements: pit to pit 25"/ length 26" front 29" back/sleeve 24" from shoulder.
