It's a very new leaf so the variegation isn't super prominent but it is there and will become more obvious as it hardens. The last couple pictures are a couple leaves from the mother plant. My plant seems to have a pattern where it will have a variegated leaf and then a non variegated leaf and so on and so forth. The older leaf is not variegated and has a bit of damaged from my clumsiness and the plant light being too harsh. It is not pest damage. It is priced accordingly. Rooted (rooting) in moss, will shops ship as seen in pictures. I would recommend leaving in moss container for roughly two weeks to adjust and another week or two before potting into soil.
