GUC. Bag is a soft, pebbled leather, so it is more relaxed than structured. Side zippers are functional and can close or expand the bag (see photos). About shops the size of a LV medium neverfull. It's in great shape for how well loved it was. No scratches in the leather, no peeling or cracks in the rubber trim on the straps, nor any very visible wear other than the feet and magnetic interior button being slightly tarnished. There is a small scratch on one of the side zippers but overall, it's in very good condition. There is one interior zipper pocket as well as two other side pockets, however, I personally used a purse insert from Amazon to give it more structure and organization.
