The piece is stamped with the artist's signature. I can't read it and do not know who made this. The frame on this beautiful artwork is in good vintage condition. There has been some sort of string added to the back for hanging. The small hooks which keep the back attached are loose. This piece is truly beautiful in person and very hard to capture in photos.
