This teak captain's writing box is a replica of the early 1700s. Includes clear glass inkwell, black ink powder, wooden ink pen, 3 sheets of 7-1/2" x 5-1/2" old paper, anchor wax seal, and 3 wax sticks. NOTE: This is a distressed antique look, but a brand new replica. Variations in color and appearance are inherent in the manufacturing process, enhancing the distressed aesthetic and personality of each box, so no two are alike. Note: Wax is brittle and may crack, but it will still work. Returns based on broken wax sticks will not be accepted.
