I purchased phone 4 months ago through Verizon prepaid but I went to a different company recently. Phone works great. And I even threw in the case I purchased for it. If you look at pics 3 and 12 you'll see the front and back view of the phone with the case. The phone itself is black in front and blue in back. Has 3.5mm jack for headphones. Bluetooth works great. Operates on Android 9. All in all the phone is a pretty good phone, I shops just needed something with more storage.
