This is a 1980s era vintage Little Tikes plastic rocking horse baby or toddler ride on that has wheels on the bottom so it rolls. It is in nice gently used condition, but does have some normal, noticeable wear on it, but that's common with this type of ride on toy that gets scratches or scuffs. It measures roughly 19” long, 17” high, and 9” wide at the handles, 7” wide on the body. The seat is about 9.5” off the ground. It can be used indoors or outdoors. Recommended 12 months or 1 year and up, maximum of 50 pounds. It is clean and smoke free shops. Look closely at all pictures. Can be passed down through generations :).
