These are two vintage Dept 56 ceramic houses. One is Department 56 Dickens Villager Series, Boarding and Lodging School, dated 1994. It is a retired piece. The other is the Department 56 New England Village shops Series, Shingle Creek House, 1990. It is also retired Neither have any chips. Also both have the cords. These are nice addition to any vintage Dept 56 collection, ceramic house collection, Snow or Christmas village collection. Display well with the lemax houses as well.
