size L but it fits better as a true medium/medium small since the pleather material is on the tighter side (although it is stretchy) esp at the feet part so carefully put ur feet thru it first and slowly pull it over ur body as there is no zipper in the back of the bodysuit. the red mesh parts are see through like on the pic of the mannequin. includes everything (accessories to attach to the bodysuit via buttons and hair accessories) along with fake earrings and gloves and LED thing (sorry for got the name) No shops batteries included. Only tried on once, and then never touched again. also im a size medium large so larger side of medium so it was just a bit tight on me so hence why it fits better for someone who is a true med or medsmall.
