One hand is on its hat and the other is holding a yellow cane Comes with its original light kit. Bulb not included. Cord has been repaired and I haven't tested it. I suggest replacing it It's in nice vintage condition with some paint loss and fading. Light scrapes/scratches. No cracks, dents or breaks. Bottom base shows wear from use It's been wiped down of any to all surface dust and dirt. Inside will need attention. A super nice addition to your vintage Christmas decoration collection!
