IPhone shops XR

Product Name: IPhone shops XR
This iPhone xr is unlocked, has a screen protector on the back and front of the phone, and comes with a cool 3D case. but the phone won't turn on. I know that it doesn't have any liquid damage, it was my old phone that was working perfectly then just randomly shops stopped turning on. I think it might be a battery problem which can be easily and cheaply replaced. It also has cracks on the back of the phone which can be easily covered up with the case that it comes with.
