Beautiful Vintage Chinese Abstract Modernist Art Pottery Ash Glazed Bowl. Green Ground with Tan Accents. Artist Signed 金 Jin / Gold. Grainy clay and glaze bowl with artistic unglazed and lightly glazed spots and areas. Hand Made and Hand Painted Studio Art Pottery. It has a Chinese or Japanese feel to it in form and decoration that also feels Brutalist Modernist Abstract. The whole is a stunning bowl with a lot of visual and textural interest. See the photos. I have two more of these bowls listed as well as more listings by the same potter. Incised 金 Jin / Gold artist mark under the foot and a model number 60. AGE: shops Circa mid 1900s. Approx. 6.5" Diameter at the widest X 6.25” Diameter at the Mouth X 3.25" Tall. Excellent previously owned vintage condition. I did not see signs of age or use worth noting. See the photos.
