Wow!  Incredible & Rare Mobilgas Clear Glass Utility Dish or Tray with Gil (Gillette) Elvgren (1914-1980) Pin-Up Girl Art.  This decal image by Elvgren was from an oil painting called "A Fast Take-Off" or ("A Speedy Takeoff") 1954.  Great Gas & Oil collectible as well as for Elvgren art fans.   This is a utility tray and could be for candy, tips, trinkets, cigarettes or other.  They were given to customers as promo's as bottom shops indicates, probably for certain services.  Neat Classic Pegasus Mobil image as well.  It says Socony-Vacuum under Mobilgas on image.  There are etched numbers 8274 A on one side and an embossed "C" on other.  Could be glass maker I suppose.    This dish does have some wear as evident in the pictures. The back of the photo has swhat looks like water marking and the lower left corner has some damage to the print. Glass is in very nice shape with no cracks or chips. Approximately 4.5 by 6 inches. Weighs a little less than 2lbs.
