This is a very beautiful handmade dress made especially for Patti Playpal and dolls of her size. I bought it a 2 years ago and only used it once. It is very well made, it has three buttons down the back and it's open to the bottom so you can easily slip it right over her arms. It's a purple gingham check with sheer nylon and puff sleeves, it also comes with a matching hair bow. The only issue I see is a little fraying on the sash.
