Rare vintage 1980 shops Public Assistance board game by Hammerhead Enterprises, Inc. Includes box, game board, 54 Welfare Benefit cards, Working Person's Burden, 62 Illegitimate children cards, 3 dice, 34 bank notes, 33 $10 notes, 30 $50 notes, 36 $100 bill notes, 33 $500 bill notes, and 31 $1000 bill notes. Set is used. Cards and box are yellowed from age. One of the player pieces is short (might actually be from a different game). A number of cards have marks on them from an old rubber band tied around them (see photos for an example of the marks).
