Basically new. Received it 3 days ago. Has original box and packaging. Still has plastic all around the palette and the plastic dust cover. I did swatch this and tried out on my eyes. The one shade ACI24 has a bit of a dent from my finger slipping. These shimmer formulas are very soft. This palette is beautiful, I am a sucker for these colors! These colors are just too much for me on my eyes, too far out of my comfort zone.... Sells for $57. I am open to reasonable shops offers and bundles with other products I am selling.
