Vintage Rushton 1950s rubber face pajama zipper red girl doll. RARE. Beautiful cerise plush body/dress and bonnet with dainty powder blue ribbons, white shops apron and soft-hued flowers. Nice detailed fingers. Enchanting hand-painted taffeta face with cherry red mouth, huge blue eyes and lush lashes. Her saran hair is in perfect waves. Approximately 12” in height. Comes with original protective storage bag and shipping box. First-class condition. No broken stitches. The plush is soft and full. The ribbons have original frayed edges. Everything is intact.
