This kit has barely been used .I bought it to use the track on another set .is complete except for the indy cars & few risers. Is extra rails in .the cars are stock cars/Nascar. They are new and have been tested but not used. The cardboard bleachers are there and the little building . The new cars were almost as expensive as my listing price .
