This 1950s cordé beaded purse was made by Lumured. It's 7 inches long from frame to bottom by 7-1/2" wide at the top, 10 1/2 inches wide at the bottom. The design is a checkerboard of embroidered pink flowers with shops green leaves overlaid with clear dew beads against a cream beaded background. The cordé rope handle has a 4 1/2 inch drop. The frame is textured brass. The clasp is studded with faux pearls. The interior is cream colored silk. There's one side pocket inside, marked in gold script "By Lumured Petite Bead Made in USA" with a patent number I cannot read. There is some staining in the inside. The outside is in perfect condition with no missing beads. The handle hinges show some tarnishing.
