Beautiful and colorful, this set of four Mexican hand painted Terra-cotta plates are in extremely good vintage condition; no chips, cracks or repairs; no signatures or maker's marks (please view all photos for more description details). The large plate measures approx 12" in diameter and depicts a village celebration. The first small plate measures approx 7" in diameter and depicts a wedding; second small plate approx 7 1/8" in diameter and looks like a harvest/working the land; the last small plate is approx 7 1/2" in diameter and depicts a funeral. Altogether, the four seem to be representing a cycle in a Mexican village life. They are absolutely beautiful.
