Rare blue, red and white sleeveless Angelic Pretty Sailor dress in new condition. Bow on front and large bow on back are both pins and can be removed. Laces up the back for adjustable size, I'd say it could fit an XS-M. Measurements: Bust laces loosened approx. 16in across laying flat and tightened approx. 13.5in across laying flat. Waist laces loosened approx. 16in across laying flat and tightened approx. 14in across laying flat. Length approx. 30in (approx. 31 if you count the white frill at the bottom). Decorative gold buttons on the front. Lace detailing around the collar. Pleated skirt with lace detail on lining. Side zipper. Sailor collar is also removable but attaches to straps underneath so it won't slide around. A little wrinkled from storage but can easily be ironed or steamed.
