The Skating Party Dress (also known as Samantha's Winter Party Dress) was introduced to Samantha's Collection in 1999 and retired in 2004. Includes a pleated blue crepe dress with a satin bow around the drop waist, a French blouson top, and lace edged hem and sleeves. Elastic at ends of sleeves. Closes in back with velcro. Satin double bow in back. Right side has a snap under the bow to open the back and reveal the end of the velcro. Satin blue bow barrette to match the dress. And original Black shoes with strap. All shops in exceptional condition.
