Description - Shiny and fun 2 piece set! The top is sleeveless and buttons up the back. It has a band on the bottom to keep it bloused out. The skirt is a full circle. It zips on the side. This set gives the look of a dress when worn together but would be great on their own mixed with other pieces as well. **Not pictured is a matching tie belt or it could be worn in your hair. Details Brand - unfortunately most of the name has worn away and I can't read it Content - 100% Polyester shops Size - labeled size 9, but fits like a modern XS so please check the measurements, the mannequin is a modern size 6 and the skirt was a very tight squeeze Top: Shoulders - 16" Chest - 17" pit to pit (measured across back because the front is so gathered) Waist - 13.5" across Length - 17" Skirt: Waist - 12" across Length - 30.5" Condition - I don't see any holes or stains.
