Moana Costume shops Skirt Size: Adult XL (please see size chart and last two pics - very forgiving material that is flowy around the hips and stretchy in the waist) Brand: Elle Garrett Designs Brand new, never worn! Originally purchased for $100 from Etsy for my character portrayal company, but it remained a backup option that was never used. Two parts to the skirt - the gold/brown underskirt and the patterned overlay that ties at the hip. Elastic waist on underskirt. (Please see last two pics for a visual of how flexible the elastic and underskirt are for sizing.) Custom printed cotton overlay - nice bright colors! Lace trim on bottom of overlay. This skirt is beautiful! I just don't need it any longer. Please forgive the wrinkles, as it's been in storage. They steam out easily.
