Vintage 70's blue prairie dress with white floral print. Has lace ruffled collar, puffy sleeves, non-detachable waist tie, and button closure down the front. No tag. Suspect it is homemade. Feels like cotton and fits like a size XS. See measurements for fit. Measurements laying flat in inches approx: Shoulder to shoulder 13.5 Armpit to armpit 15 Waist 13-13.5 Hips open Length 46 Sleeve length 10 Dress is too small for my mannequin, but buttons are fully functional. A few faint stains near bottom hem (see last 2 pics), not noticeable when worn. Otherwise in excellent condition.
