The Garland Dollhouse Kit is made in San Diego ,CA. and is just one of our many dollhouse kits, and miniatures models available. Each kit can be built, and painted or left unfinished. If you plan to paint, we recommend using a wood sealer first to ensure the shops best surface for painting. Measures : 13" wide x 7" deep x 13" high - the ceiling is 4" tall for the first and second floor.
