One of the corners is split but can be taped from the inside to remedy. All pieces are accounted for except 1 item card is missing. Dosent effect functionality of game. 2nd is Pokemon Monopoly Johto edition. Box and board are in great shops shape. No rips or tears. All pieces are accounted for.
