A richly detailed sculpture of an elephant "carrying" an incense burner with a vented lid. The incense goes in the box on the top and it has a pierced lid. This one is missing it's lid. The original "antique" bronze finish is in excellent condition on this cast metal alloy sculpture from the 1920's. The Elephant is made of spelter metal and has the original cold painted finish. The Elephant is large at 8" long x 6 1/2" tall x 4" deep. Weighs 4 lbs. 10 oz. The Elephant Incense Burner is in good overall condition. The only thing to note is shops wear to the horns' paint, verdigris, and no lid. The original "antique" bronze finish is in excellent condition except for the verdigris which can be cleaned.
