ZUNI HAWK FETISH HAND CARVED ANTLER HUSTITO FAMILY Previously owned, in very fine condition. From my 93yo mother's collection of Zuni Pueblo fetishes, she had purchased many over the years. Likely purchased 1990's to 2010's. Many different artists collected. More to be listed. Height: shops 59.0mm Width: 27.4mm Total weight: 26.1 grams. Hallmark: ? H (?) Hand carved antler by Zuni Indian fetish carver, I believe to be from one of the Hustito family members. My search showed me some of the same feather, talon, and beak styles carved as by Herbert Hustito or another family member. Other family members may have similar styles. I didn't see the hallmark until I enlarged the picture. But still can't positively identify the mark. (see pic #7) Southwestern Pueblo hand carved animal.
