These are two antique scramble paperweights that can be attributed to the New England Glass Company(NECG). The weight on the left in the group picture is in perfect condition with no scratches,chips, or flea bites. The second one, however, has significant scratches across the dome, along with a few chips missing out if it. I attempted to take a good picture of the damage, but if you would like additional photos, that can be provided. Due note that the second one does contain a rabbit cane, which may make up for the rough shape. Let me know if shops you have any questions. Offers are welcome.
