Rollerblade have never been used. There are few areas with what appears to be orangish glue that has shops hardened-on Velcro strap on one side and another area on inside near ankle and small spot near laces on top of tongue. The rubber coating on top of velcro has flaked off in few areas. Comes with tool and extra laces. Please see all pictures for more details and let me know if you have any questions.
