The console has scratches on the top of the disc cover as shown in the pictures but does not affect functionality. The games are Donkey Konga 2, Lego Star Wars 2 the original trilogy, and NBA live 2004. NBA live 2004 is the only game that has a case and manual, the other games are loose. NBA live 2007 has the most scratches but does not affect gameplay! The bundle will have a authentic black GameCube controller and a Naki branded Spider-Man controller. The analog stick on the Spider-Man controller is loose but does not affect functionality. This will also have a authentic power cord and third party AV cord.
