Product Name: Shops Antique Blue Transfer Chinoiserie 9.5
Circa 1830 Blue Transfer 9.5" Dinner Plate with a Chinoiserie Pattern surrounded with a wide floral rim. The back of the plate is marked "Geo Jaspersen, Detroit, Michigan", an early founder and merchant of St. Clair, Michigan just north of Detroit. Not much is known at this point about him or the type of store he had. I am not certain of this being a piece sold at his store or a personally made china pattern.
