This set of three nesting pottery bowls is wheel thrown in a speckled brown stoneware clay and glazed in a glossy white opaque glaze. The glaze is a little plain on its own, but the speckles coming through from the clay give it a nice little zing! The smallest bowl shops is 4 1/2 inches wide and 1 5/8 inches tall. The medium bowl is 6 inches wide and 2 inches tall. The large serving bowl is 7 3/4 inches wide and 2 5/8 inches tall. This is a versatile and functional set of bowls. The large one is a great serving bowl size. The medium bowl can be used for soup, cereal, ice cream. The small one is a great prep bowl or small snack bowl. Fired to cone 5 in an electric kiln. Food, dishwasher and microwave safe.
