2010 Lemax Spooky Town Roadkill Roadhouse. Retired in 2015. Displayed once and difficult to find. I have original box, styrofoam, instruction sheet, and adapter. Everything is in near perfect condition. There is a tiny flaw in a corner of the styrofoam and, as shown in pic 10, the lady in the window came unglued but will be included (easy fix). All lights shops and sound work perfectly. Second to last pic shows dimension info. - this is a large, ceramic, extremely detailed piece. Last pic shows the piece in my village the one season it was displayed. I'm selling only because it IS large and does not go with my village themes. In the 9th pic, I showed the 2 motorcycle pieces that I am happy to sell along with this building if buyer is interested (please just message to ask me first).
