Plates new no wear since not used except a few times. Comes with everything needed including instruction manual with die configurations for other dies. This is a big machine, as measurement show. Large almost 9 inch wide opening for dies/folders and the plates are large as well. No job too big for this machine. 4 large embossing folders 8.5" x 11" included as well!
