Vintage 70s bold colorful floral/paisley/stripe printed boho maxi dress by Loungees. This dress is absolutely incredible. Features elastic at the neckline, so can be worn on or off the shoulders. Zips down the center past the waist and has draw strings at the waist and neck. Also has side pockets and puffed sleeves. Seriously so many great features to this dress. Tagged as size M, but could also work for a small or large. Only flaw to note is that the seam at the hem of the sleeves is separated so that the elastic isn't super tight. Otherwise excellent condition. Model is 5'3 size S/M (27in waist). Please see measurements for details.
