this is a very old vintage cardigan made by BRADNERS OLEAN established in 1887 black with fuzzy material that feels like wool no size tag but the measurements match with about a size small it like a cropped length has an attached mink fur collar that is dark brown had two big buttons in front with small bow close to the collar the fur had 2 metal clasp and the collar has a hidden metal button lined sleeves that fall at wrist it has a tag in it from international ladies garment union workers approximate measurements length 22.5” bust 20.5” sleeves 24.5” Bradner's Department Store was said to be the "king of retail" and "the crown jewel of downtown Olean". 
Bradner's was a destination that many compared to Macy's in New York. it closed in the 1960s in 1986 shops it closed!.
