Antique Art Nouveau Kalo Handcrafted Hand Wrought Solid Sterling Silver Arts & Crafts Era Purple to Blue Color Changing Sapphire Heart Pendant Brooch This lovely Scandinavian inspired heart shaped pendant is hand wrought from two symmetrical scrolls joined at the bottom point which curve around to meet at the top to for a heart shape centering purple to blue Sapphire with a small sterling bead topping the piece. Fixed loop on reverse for a necklace chain, pin for use as a brooch. Pendant measures 1.25” in length and width Marked KALO STERLING HAND WROUGHT Tested positive for sterling silver Very well made, thick & heavy Kalo of Chicago was founded in 1901 by 30 year old Clara Barck & 5 other women.
