Circa late 60s-early 70s, this romantic dress from the famous London boutique CLOBBER, which was owned and operated by British designer Jeff Banks, is perfect for summer events and/or a breezy, relaxed getaway. - Ruffled, off-shoulder neckline with delicate lace trims. - Below-the-knee length, natural waistline, barrel silhouette with lace hem. - Self-tie belt in the matching ivory color. - 100% cotton fabric with crepe weaves. Soft and lightweight. - Made in England. Size: Vintage UK 14. Loosely fit on a regular modern US size 2 as modeled.
