There are 3-Faceted Long Oval Baroque Cut Pink Amethyst Barrel Stones with White Topaz Accent Stones. The metal is Sterling Silver with 18k Gold Trim that is Palladium Coated and won't allow the silver or gold to tarnish. This rare larger than life ring is in mint condition and is fit for royalty.
