In perfect condition. Signed by the shops Native that carved it.. This piece makes you feel a warmth just being near it. It has an energy to it. It was handmade by Native Americans in Alaska in the late 1950s. The aged wood makes it look very cool. The years definitely show, in great ways. I'm not exactly sure the type of wood. It's light but not driftwood. I don't think they intended to but it looks so cool like it's going back down in the ocean, but on your table, shelf, desk, etc, it really looks like it's going back under water, well besides this tail obviously lol.
