Basically brand new shops only worn once I bought these for my grandma but when she finally went out in them she said they were uncomfortable and didn't like them. I'd keep them but they aren't my size. The only sign of wear is in the pic of the bottom of one shoe but it's only on the stickers. It comes with everything you see in the pictures except the receipt (that's only there to show that I bought them).
